What you will find here
We publish original guides about choosing lessons, understanding how a video is presented, recording questions and checking DVD playback details. The site also offers a simple downloadable practice note. The focus is thoughtful learning, not a catalogue of products for sale.
What the guides can offer
These articles help you ask better questions and find useful sources. They do not replace teaching that can respond to your movement or circumstances. We do not claim professional instruction credentials, product testing or affiliations with the teachers and organisations linked here.
Sources and corrections
Factual reference links appear with the relevant guide. Historical domain references are described on the site-history page. To flag a broken link or a specific error, use the contact options on the 8Examples website and include the page address.
